Your Comprehensive Guide to Understanding Disability Benefits

How much does it cost to hire a lawyer?

This depends on the matter that we intend to handle for you. We usually try to work on a contingency fee basis meaning you pay nothing unless you win.

What should I do if I've been injured in an accident?

This is a complex question. While there are many things that come to mind, the sooner you contact someone to explain your legal rights it will be more likely that your rights will be protected.

What are my rights in Birth Injury Cases?

Often in these situations it is hard to tell what actually happened that violated your rights. It is important that you speak with someone as soon as you feel something was not right, so that proper documentation can be obtained.

How long does a lawsuit take?

There is no set time limit and the timing will vary from Court to Court. This office aims to work hard toward settlement if possible and trial if necessary.

What evidence do I need to prove my claim?

This will be discussed at the outset of each matter that is undertaken at Parker Law. Strong evidence is essential to building a winnable case.
